Most companies are still building "Feature AI"—chatbots as destinations, tools that demand your attention, systems that wait for commands. Users tolerate them. They rarely love them.

When AI seamlessly integrates into workflows and reduces cognitive load, you don't just improve retention metrics. You build loyalty that's genuinely hard to replicate. This isn't just better UX. It's a business moat.

Why? Because users don't know what they want until they experience it. No one asked for AI that anticipates their needs. But once they have it, they can't imagine going back.
