What it does
Watches a set of inbox folders, classifies new files by type, project, and sensitivity, and moves them into the right destination with metadata. Reports a weekly summary.
Why it matters
The work is tiny but repetitive — exactly the kind of Transfer work JAIT predicts AI will compress hardest. Building it is more interesting than the artifact, because it forces the question: what other Transfer work is hiding in my week?
